Easy Bottle Priming for Homebrew

Coopers Carbonation Drops take the measuring out of priming individual bottles. Add the appropriate dose to each bottle when packaging your finished beer, then let the remaining yeast produce carbonation during bottle conditioning.

How to Use

1. Confirm: Check that fermentation is complete with stable hydrometer readings before bottling.
2. Dose: Use one drop per 345–375 mL bottle (including a standard 12 oz bottle), or two drops per 740–750 mL bottle, following Coopers’ directions.
3. Fill: Fill sanitized, pressure-rated beer bottles and cap as directed in your brewing instructions.
4. Condition: Allow the beer to carbonate at the temperature recommended for your yeast before chilling and serving.

Use carbonation drops as your priming sugar source; do not also add a full dose of bulk priming sugar. For other bottle sizes or a specific carbonation target, use measured priming sugar and an appropriate priming calculator.
