Tennessee Grass Fed has partnered with a local second-generation family farm to provide Bison. Bison is lower in cholesterol than chicken and turkey and higher in protein and iron. It is a lean meat and the color is very dark due to the high iron content. The bison is grass-fed and finished then supplemented with Free Choice hay and soy bean hulls pellets.
